About Patrick Büsch
Patrick Büsch joined FalkenSteg in 2022 and is responsible for the Real Estate activities of our Frankfurt office.
As division head for various structured finance businesses and spokesman of the management board of a BaFin-licensed subsidiary in the corporate & investment banking division of Deutsche Bank AG, Patrick Büsch has extensive experience in the financing and placement of hard assets (large real estate, real estate, infrastructure) as well as the restructuring of traditional, capital market-based and derivative financial assets. He was able to further expand his track record as head of investment of a Dresden-based real estate company and as buyer of a Berlin-based family office.
He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the London School of Economics and Johannes-Gutenberg-University, Mainz.
