Transformation Intelligence

The FalkenSteg Transformation Intelligence team (TI) – in many cases together with the FalkenSteg Project Management Office (PMO) – creates the data basis for the key questions in business development and/or transformation processes. The specific design of the Transformation Intelligence tool is built in the context of the concrete task.

Together with the company's employees, the FalkenSteg TI team identifies the data points and reports that allow the key questions in the transformation process (financial reporting, operational reporting, business intelligence) to be assessed as objectively as possible.

The result is a reproducible data and analysis tool that serves as a compass for implementing the defined transformation objectives.

Regular updates of the Transformation Intelligence tool make it easier for decision-makers to access information relevant to the transformation. Interactive elements allow decision-makers to tailor the reports to their respective needs and thus develop a deep understanding of developments in the transformation process.

Active management of access rights ensures that only authorised readers have access to the analysis tool. User management makes it possible to provide different information levels and reports on a user-specific basis.

The Transformation Intelligence tools are managed, updated and adapted centrally by the FalkenSteg TI team. The team is closely involved in the transformation process and, thanks to many years of transaction experience, has an in-depth understanding of the requirements for GDPR-compliant reporting in transaction and transformation processes.

As the TI team works closely alongside the transformation process, it is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the project.

FalkenSteg supports its clients in using the insights gained and tools developed beyond the end of the project. On request, we hand over the models developed and the associated databases to the employees on site so that the company retains the added value.

• Objective measurement of success through effective data analysis
