FalkenSteg further expands the business field restructuring with Markus Tränkle as new partner

Frankfurt / Düsseldorf, 20 March 2018 – Falkensteg GmbH, one of Germany’s leading integrated corporate finance and restructuring consultancies, is pleased to announce that Markus Tränkle, a proven expert in the field of insolvency consulting with many years of experience in the financial management of insolvency proceedings and insolvency settlement, has been appointed to its team effective 1 March 2018.

Markus Tränkle was most recently active for ARC Managementpartner GmbH in the area of process control in various large-scale proceedings, particularly in the automotive and retail sectors. Prior to this, he worked as a manager in the automotive and electrical industries. He is a trained controller as well as a restructuring and reorganization expert, has successfully completed an international business studies degree and has 15 years of restructuring experience, the last 10 of which have been exclusively for clients from the insolvency administration.

As a partner, Markus Tränkle strengthens the restructuring team at the Düsseldorf location in order to further consolidate the strong market position in this area. In future, Falkensteg will thus also offer insolvency processing as a further component in its range of services. Following the establishment of its own forensic practice on 1 January 2018, insolvency processing rounds off the now holistic range of services in the field of insolvency consulting.
