Your duties as a corporate-law Consultant/insolvency practitioner
- Reviewing financial accounting records to determine time of insolvency
- Reviewing selected accounts in client records
- Analysing indicators demonstrating awareness of insolvency
- Explaining structures under company law
- Analysing supplier and service provider relationships with third parties
- Reviewing payments actually made to third parties
- Expert reporting on contracts under civil and company law as well as correspondence

- Degree from a higher-education institution with above-average results in economic/legal studies; bachelor’s degree involving business/corporate law preferred
- Previous formal training as a business professional or work experience in accounting preferred
- Prior experience gained through relevant work placements at law/accountancy/tax consultancy firms preferred
