Project manager – Restructuring


We are currently looking for project managers to join and support the FalkenSteg team with our restructuring and insolvency-consulting activities:

Your duties as a Project manager

  • Responsibility within projects for preparing recovery reports for out-of-court recovery proceedings
  • Responsibility within projects for preparing recovery blueprints for insolvency proceedings
  • Responsibility within projects for creating integrated company plans and liquidity plans
  • Responsibility within projects for the continued operation of insolvent companies
  • Managing project teams and providing professional support to team members
  • Training/managing consultants and senior consultants
  • Assisting with/implementing client acquisition strategies

What we expect from you

  • At least five years of experience in consulting on restructuring, recovery or insolvency
  • Degree from a higher-education institution with above-average results in economic/legal studies or a comparable programme (minimum requirement: bachelor’s, master’s, German Diplom or formal course of training to be a business professional preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset (ideally, you already have experience as an Entrepreneur)
  • Keen interest in the worlds of restructuring, recovery and insolvency
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Team player, self-directed, confident disposition, flexible and willing to travel
  • Commitment to excellence by producing precise work
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German (additional foreign language skills advantageous)
